This Privacy Policy explains how Armlab BV ("we", "us", "our", or "Rovvo") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit rovvo.app, www.rovvo.app, and acc.rovvo.app (the "Site"). The Site is a marketing and waitlist platform for Rovvo, an upcoming ride-sharing app. No service is yet offered.

What data we collect

1. Waitlist Signup Data

When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your chosen language preference
• Your signup source (how you found us)

We do not require or collect any other personal information for the waitlist.

2. Contact Form Data

If you use our contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your message
• Your chosen language

3. Hosting and Security Logs

Cloudflare hosts our Site. As part of providing this service, Cloudflare may record:

• Your IP address
• Technical information about your connection and access (for security, performance, and abuse prevention)

These logs are typically retained for a short period and then deleted. Cloudflare is a separate data controller for this data; their privacy practices are available at cloudflare.com/privacy.

4. Browser Storage

We use one browser storage entry (localStorage) to remember your language preference. This data stays on your device only and is never sent to our servers or any third party.

How we use your data

Waitlist data is used solely to:

• Inform you about Rovvo's launch and early access opportunities
• Improve and test the waitlist experience

Contact form data is used to:

• Respond to your message
• Provide support or handle your enquiry

Security logs are used to:

• Protect our Site from abuse and attacks
• Monitor uptime and performance
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for any automated decision-making, profiling, or marketing beyond launch notifications for the waitlist.

Who we share your data with

We share your data only with:

1. Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH), our email and contact management processor, located in the EU. Brevo processes waitlist data to deliver signup confirmations and launch notifications, and processes contact form data to deliver your message to our email inbox.

2. Cloudflare, Inc., our hosting and DNS provider. Cloudflare processes technical logs (IP addresses and connection metadata) to deliver and secure the Site. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and operates under Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your data to third parties. We do not share data with any party beyond those named above, except as required by law.

Data retention

• Waitlist data: retained until Rovvo's launch communications end or you withdraw consent (whichever is earlier). You can withdraw consent by unsubscribing from any email or by writing to privacy@rovvo.app.
• Contact form data: retained as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, then deleted. Typically this is within 30 days of your last message, unless you have an ongoing support case.
• Security logs (Cloudflare): typically deleted within 30 days by Cloudflare's standard practices.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion (erasure) of your data
• Restrict how your data is processed
• Receive a copy of your data in portable format (data portability)
• Object to processing
• Withdraw consent at any time (for the waitlist, by unsubscribing or writing to privacy@rovvo.app)

• Waitlist: your consent (withdrawable anytime)

No cookies, analytics, or tracking

We do not use cookies, analytics services, or tracking pixels. The only browser storage we use is the language preference (localStorage), which never leaves your browser.
